TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 - By placing your furniture deposit we have both entered into a legally binding agreement by which
we agree to suply and fit the goods specified on the order emailed or posted to you.
2 - You acknowledge that you have checked your furniture design / order information prior to
placing order.
3 - Upon placing your furniture order you agree to make sure our fitting team have access to the
room where your new furniture will be getting installed on the agreed installation date, while
also making sure the room is CLEARED ready.
4 - To make sure our fitting team have use of a supply of electricity (13A 240V) socket free of charge.
5 - You are advised to pre decorate the area your new furniture will be getting fitted in. Allowing you
to make good any minor incidental damage caused during installation.
6 - All costs quoted are inclusive of V.A.T.
7 - Deposit paid to secure a furniture order are non refundable.
8 - If we have started to manufacture a order and you decide you would like to cancel the order this will incur a cost upto 50% of the agreed contract price.
9 - Any late payments will incur a late payment fee of 3.5% of the amount due for every week outstanding
after completion.
10 - For installation purposes there may be a join in any material length over 1600mm.
11 - The legal ownership of the newly fitted furniture will not pass to you until you have paid all the
money you owe as agreed upon placing your furniture order.
12 - Payment terms as agreed upon placing your new furniture order are as follows - Deposit 20%,
Upon arriving to install your new furniture 60%, on completion 20%.
13 - If the room hasn't been cleared prior to the agreed installation date
(if we have to make the room clear) this will involve a £30 additional fee which will be added to your final bill.
